Sorry, this is my fault - there is a typo in the OS X install script
for the GLI's config file.

To fix it for now, please edit the file
/Applications/Greenstone/gli/classes/xml/config.xml
and change the line that says
<Argument name="general.exec_address">http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/library</Address>

to say
<Argument name="general.exec_address">http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/library</Argument>

I'll upload a fixed mac osx binary package later today to our
sourceforge download area.
