|Subject||[greenstone-users] Query: Managing content of a remote library|
I believe it feasible to use the Greenstone Librarian Interface to manage the content of a library in a remote location, but cannot find user guide or help text information about the prerequisites or specifics of how to do this.
I have found the Preferences control and its Connections tab. Also the pertinent Librarian Interface Help Page section 9.1. But it says too little.
Is it simply a matter of entering the Web address of the desired Library Path? (I tried that, without apparent effect.)
Where are access control by the Library administrator and login described?
What else does one need to pay attention to?
In every case, I would appreciate a documentation reference and/or Help text pointer.
