All of my indexes, Title, Author, Subject, etc, look great EXCEPT that there
is no A-Z listings on the top to lead to the next pages within each section!
What has happened? How can I get the top links to show up again that have
A-D, E-M, N-Z and so forth... they are completely gone and there is no way to get
to the next pages.

Any ideas or suggestions?
