The titles for the documents in some cases begin with an accented
character (e-grave, i-grave for example) or with the spanish upside down
? (I'm sorry, I don't know what the proper name for that is). These
titles sort to the end of the alphabet, just before the 0-9 digits, and
display in the AZList as a little block (unprintable character?)

Is there something I can do to resolve this? Should they sort in the
alphabet in the spot that my english-centric thought pattern thinks they
should? Is there a way to make them do this?
