Subject	Adding collection image to document pages
I'm trying to make the collection image display when viewing a document. The collection image is displayed on other pages, like the search page, in the upper left. [GSDL 2.38, recently from CVS] Reading the macro files, it seems that the HOME HELP PREFERENCES macro defined in styles.dm should control the uppermost part of the screen for all pages, but the comments defined in that macro are not in the HTML when viewing a document.
