Hi,

I have created a collection using greenstone sucessfully and am now in the process of changing the layout and format.
I just have a few questions regarding the icons that are displayed on a document.

1) How can I reposition the 'Expand Text', 'Expand Contents', 'Detach' and 'No Highlighting' icons elsewhere on my document pages ?

2) I cannot get the Previous/Next arrow buttons to work, even though I've specified 'format DocumentArrowsBottom true' in my config file. How can I get them to display?
