Cd to GSDLHOME directory on a console, and setup GSDL environment :

On Linux
source setup.bash
buildcol.pl your-collection

On Windows
setup.bat
perl -S buildcol.pl your-collection

Cd to the GSDL/collect/your-collection directory, rename the index folder
if you want to keep the old index, then rename the building folder (it is
newly built index) to index.
