Hi,
I don't know anything about the ISIS plugin, but I see there have been
some changes to it since greenstone 2.50 was released. If you want to
try the newer version, download it from

http://www.greenstone.org/tmp/ISISPlug.pm

and put it in the perllib/plugins directory - for you, in
"F:Program FilesgsdlperllibpluginsISISPlug.pm"

If that doesn't fix your problem then maybe there's a problem with your
input files?
