In your collection's etc/collect.cfg file, you can specify its
default URL as linked to from greenstone's homepage, by setting the
"receptionist" option in the file. Eg:

receptionist "/gsdlmod?c=collectname&p=about&l=zh&nw=utf-8"

I think this was set up so you could have multiple customised greenstone
cgi-bin files. Eg the Maori Newspapers demonstration collection has a
modified executable, and its collect.cfg file used to have:

receptionist /cgi-bin/niupepalibrary?a=p&p=about&c=niupepa&l=mi&nw=utf-8

to tell it to use the other executable.
