My greestone digital libray is unable to start up. I am using greenstone 3.04 on window 2003 serevr.

When I run C:Program Filesgsadmin>gs3-admin I get the following error/output:

I read that this error is related to the classpath but I have no clue what I am doing wrong.

Help appreciated! Sorry if posted twice. I am not sure how this list thing works so please bear with me.
