Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried both those and it hasn't helped (I
wasn't getting the ctrl-M thing, and the command.com made no difference).
Tearing my hair out a bit here, and trying to install it on an older
computer to see if it'll work there (not an ideal solution - all the other
programmes I need are on this computer).
