Thank You Katherine,

I did it and everything worked OK on my local Ubuntu, but fails on
remote Fedora:

./makegli.sh

but:

[morin@www02 gli]$ ./makejar.sh
Assuming that Java code is freshly compiled...
com: No such file or directory
Error adding com (in directory jar) to jar archive!

and

keytool -genkey -alias privateKey -keystore appletstore -storepass
greenstone
keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Key pair not generated, alias
<privateKey> already exists

[morin@www02 gli]$ jarsigner -keystore appletstore -signedjar
SignedGatherer.jar GLI.jar privateKey

jarsigner: unable to open jar file: GLI.jar

so I could not generate SignedGatherer.jar ...

Looks like the applet is still working but no changes took place.

Any Ideas?

Thank you

Ruben
