Hi Jonah

It is because the XML parser couldn't create a plugin list in the XML
format correctly. A wiki page "How do I fix XML::Parser errors" at
http://wiki.greenstone.org/wiki/index.php/Building_Greenstone_collections#How_do_I_fix_XML::Parser_errors
describes how to fix this problem.

Regards
Quan
