What you've got below looks fine to me. So I'm not sure what your problem is.
What are you using to build your collection? Librarian interface? command line?
Were there any errors during building? Try increasing the verbosity of building
(buildcol.pl -verbosity 4) to see if you get any more information.
What version of greenstone are you using? and on what OS?
I hope we can work out what the problem is.
