4.6 Training of PA members

This aspect was very much emphasised in the project document but only realised for the training of pare-vets. The training of PA members in human health, well digging, etc. was not appropriate as these activities were not being undertaken by the PAs so far. The training of PA members in simple book-keeping and management of the organisation was carried out by the team members but, due to their lack of expertise, very insufficiently.
