8. Site visits

Site visits were made to all the participating cities by ICMH staff, and principal investigators were brought together at ICMH for briefing and discussion of the methodology. Visits were made at different times:

· Arhus - 25-26 November 1996, and 16-17 December 1997
· Arnhem - 28 November 1996, 21 January 1997, 4 September 1997
· Roubaix - 28 September 1996, 7 January 1997, 4 June 1997, 11 September, 1997
· Antwerp - the ICMH office in Antwerp maintained on-going contacts
