Transferred to Papakura to do nursing. Passed V.A.exams. Asked to go to Auckland hospital. Describes different jobs there. Worked with TB patients,

Ran business in Hamilton before the war, antiques and flowers. Did flowers work at Hospital. Involved with Crippled Children's Society. Describes political meeting at Frankton Town Hall with Mrs Ross. Describes how mother worked hard for the National Party. Father drove it.
