Photography and Film

Noticed a photograph on grandparents' wall of himself which had been developed by an uncle, and had the idea to print his own photos.

"When I bought my film and had it processed, looking at my three dollars, at that stage, oh it was more then of course, I got a rise every six months, I thought that's a lot of money to pay out on that, surely I can do a little better than that, and found out I could buy the chemicals very reasonable, and the paper to go with it, and I could print heaps of photos for the same price"

[Describes using cameras and film and developing photos]
