The Agora email server allows Internauts without a full
Internet connection to download Web pages and read them
with a workstation browser. Web documents can be retrieved
as HTML or text with absolute or relative embedded URLs. (Doesn't
work with image maps.) Two US servers are Doctor Bob's "Accessing The Internet By E-Mail" is in
its 5th edition, as of Mar96. Post a "send

To send free faxes via the Internet, post a "send
usenet/news.answers/internet-services/fax-faq" message
to Ftpmail is a service that makes ftp files more accessible
through email. For a full-featured service that sends faxes from email,
contact Scott Yanoff's listing of ftpmail servers is also available.
"PaperMail!' will send an email message via snailmail,
for a fee, if the recipient does not have email.
