The Education and Research Institute at NASA Langley Research
Center (LaRC) is seeking university partners for a world-class,
degree-granting, graduate education education and research
institute to support LaRC (and local and federal programs).
The institute would assemble teams of researchers independent of
affiliation, to conduct collaborative leading-edge research.
It could also serve as an incubator for entrepreneurial
activities. This is to be a progressive research environment
with minimal hierarchy and external bureaucracy.
