The evaluation research on which this case study is based was conducted by the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University. Funding for implementation of the research was provided jointly by UNAIDS and the AIDS Division of the Thai Ministry of Public Health. Technical support at the design stage of the research was provided by WHO/GPA. This case study was adapted by Tim Brown from a report prepared by Madhidol University.
