MS-TCDC Course Plan 1999

MS-Training Centre for Development Co-operation (MS-TCDC) is a training centre located 18 kms East of Arusha along the road to Moshi in Tanzania. It is managed by the Danish Association for International Co-operation (MS), a Danish non-governmental organisation working in the fields of development, international understanding and solidarity.

It offers a range of different activities aimed at supporting partnerships between MS and local development organisations in Eastern and Southern Africa. Through its training activities, the centre passes on important experience between different actors in the MS programmes.

The centre also serves as a creative meeting place for people engaged in development throughout the region. It provides links between MS and other like-minded organisations. It also provides a platform for assessing impact of existing programmes and policies and for suggesting new initiatives to enhance partnership efforts.
