Choosing options

With the keyboard:

1. The first preset option is "Create". To select another option press the left arrow key (¬) or the right arrow key (®).

2. Press the down arrow key (¯) or the up arrow key (­) to choose an option and then press <ENTER>. Another alternative is to use the letters highlighted in the option titles (Hot Keys) to access the option directly.

With the Mouse:

1. Position the arrow on the heading you would like and press the left button on the mouse once to display the options.

2. Point the mouse on the desired option and press the left button on the mouse, once.

You can adjust the presentation of your Field Unit by choosing the heading "Utilities" on the menu bar, and selecting the option "Colors". Choose the one you prefer.

If you do not know in which Field Unit you are working, if shipments were registered before you signed on, or if you do not know the number of your reception site, you can consult the option "About this Field Unit" under the heading "Utilities". This also has information on how much free space is on the disk.
