4.1 General

WFP is responsible for the management and operation of EDP food storage facilities. It is also responsible for resourcing the funds necessary to permit this. In the interest of cost-efficiency, however, efforts should be made to arrange the facilities so that they may be used by WFP and UNHCR for food and non-food items. In certain cases, additional parties may also share in the use, and cost, of the facilities.
