I am running GSDL 2.39, Windows 2000 Server, IIS. I
have tried to import .doc files from the command line
the collector, then the command line again. The error
message is this:

I won't mmap that file, using a slower method

5[sig] wvWare 2168 open_stackdumpfile: Dumping stack
trace to wvWare.exe.
stackdump
Could not convert to HTML

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
