I do not know about any that is on the web - but you can get my
collection from here (i am afraid - there were not enough space for
non-win packages)

greenIkarosFTP is semi-installer made with nsis
v2.ex_ is the collection
src.ex_ are the original files

(you need only v2.ex_ - rename it to v2.exe, place it into some
directory and run - it is self-extracting archive, it will not prompt
you for destination! - very nice, distributed with nsis, free )

warning - if you run greenIkarosFTP it will try to replace some files
(macros and plugins) after inserting v2 collection

yesterday i tried v2.39 server.exe instead of v2.35 - everything
working nice:), thank you - I think you shoul let the people know
about it (export.zip contains 2.35 server.exe)
