Hi Craig,

If you have administration rights on your server please get the
ia32-libs and libc6-i368 packages. You can do this by typing:

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs libc6-i386

The installer should then run correctly. If you do not have
administration rights then you can try compiling from source (look at
http://wiki.greenstone.org/wiki/index.php/Greenstone_SVN and
http://wiki.greenstone.org/wiki/index.php/Compiling_Greenstone for
assistance). If you continue to have issues then let us know.

Thanks,
Sam
