Hi,
I had another question to ask.Why can't we save the Collections created
through the browser on the local disk. The files that we upload when we
create a Collection through a browser are not saved on the server. Do we
need to change the settings of GSDL to be able to do this. This feature
would be crucial since the application that I need requires that an
authorized remote user should be able to upload files into the library. Can
we do this in GSDL?

The Collector on the browser interface has a login feature which allows
one to login and make collections based on an existing one.Although the
config file in the browser indicates the same settings as the parent
collection, the files don't seem to follow the formats specified in it.I
tried building an image collection as specified in the examples on
nzdl.org site and was able to do it successfully using the librarian
interface, but when I tried using the same formats in a new Collection that
I tried to create using the browser, the images didn't appear. Can anyone
tell me what the problem is?

Thanx in advance!

Regards,
Chaitra
