Hi Michael,

thanks for the reply, I'll try out the things you've suggested. We're
having trouble with the electricity supply today (mains is coming and
going and there's no fuel for the generator) which means the server is
down so it'll be next week before I can try.

I'm fighting to get Greenstone accepted because it is written to do the
job, no amount of tweaking some open-source content management system
will make it the right tool for the job.

Does that apply to the applet version as well, or just the standalone
app. The applet doesn't seem to remember settings from one session to
the next.
