Subject [greenstone-users] Dl in the LAN / WAN using ISS web server

Greenstone is not supported under IIS. Version 2.83 is self-contained,
so no external Web server is necessary. Just launch the Greenstone
server from the Start menu. When installing, make sure to put the
program in a directory that has no spaces in the path. Do NOT use the
default value that starts with C:Program Files!

Once you have Greenstone running, go into the File>Settings menu and
enable "Allow external connections". Make note of the port number. If it
isn't 80, you'll have to include the port number in the url.
