From what I understand, multiple sites is directly supported only in
Greenstone 3. However, with two different domains and two different
virtual hosts with, presumably, different DocumentRoot, you can install
two separate copies of Greenstone 2.x. Working in Linux, we do this all
the time so as to have a development site separate from the live site.

In the 2.8x versions, which launch their own local copy of Apache, the
port number will have to be changed in one site. See
apache-httpd/linux/conf/httpd.conf under the directory where you put
Greenstone.
