| Hi there,
I have a collection with 10 documents, all .doc (language Italian). In creating the collection GLI tells me all documents were recognised but could not be processed by any plugins. Why might this be? The WordPlug is on the top of the list (I moved it to that position) and I also tried it with a convert to html option instead of auto. Still no joy. I guess it must be something simple. Anything to do with the language of the documents, with its accents? The log history (I went to 'expert') simply tells me the result was successful - but of couse it wasn't! Any thoughts? Julian | |
