Hi,

In first, thank u for your help Michael,

Do you know another means to ask the GDBM database with SQL requests?

Is there a valid SQL Interface to any GDBM database?

Does anyone know when the Greenstone 3 using Mysql will be available?
There is no information concerning this on their web site...

Thank u for your assistance.

Regards,

Laurent Giovannoni.

Hi,

I don't know much about SQLite but I've just had a quick look at their
website and I don't think it will do what you want, sorry. SQLite seems
to be an implementation of SQL that happens to use GDBM as the backend
-- not an SQL interface to any GDBM database.

Greenstone 3 uses MySQL, but isn't ready for the prime time yet. There
is some information about it available at
http://www.greenstone.org/greenstone3 if you're interested.

Regards,

Michael
