Subject [greenstone-users] metadata set .mds files
Hello Greenstone users,

I'm new to the mailing list and Greenstone. Currently I am working on
creating several different metadata sets that are not already included in
Greenstone 2.81. More specifically, I am interested in VRA4.0 and MIX.
I've used the Metadata Set Editor. However, I was wondering if there was a
publically accessible site that had a collection of .mds files for
different metadata sets not included in Greenstone that could be
downloaded into the Greenstone metadata folder.

Another question: VRA4.0 makes use of global as well as attributes. Is
there a way to encode this information in a .mds file so that you could
have for example <vra.work id="3939"> where id is one of the global
attributes but not an element or subelement?

Thanks everyone,
