Subject [greenstone-users] Browse tab question - ver.2.8
Hi Everyone,

Question - we have 2 records (2 pdfs) with different extracted data, and
one different metadata field (dc.Relation), BUT the other fields contain
the same information. In other words we have 2 documents for the same
"couple" and we would like these 2 documents to be displayed (separately)
when a user is "browsing" the NAMES section of the collection. It doesn't
seem to be an "enrich" problem, because both records do appear in the
LOCATION browse tab even though they have the same dc.Coverage^spatial
field, and other duplicating information EXCEPT the call number

So why does the 2 records appear in the LOCATION browse and not the NAME
browse section? In fact in the NAME browse section, only " : : " appears
between the records that it would have alphabetically fit in between.

We're looking into the "format statements" but it seems pretty

NAME browse tab:

[srclink][srcicon][/srclink]

[dc.PersonalName] : [dc.Date] : [dc.Relation] :

LOCATION browse tab:

{If}{[numleafdocs],[link][icon][link]}

[dc.PersonalName] [dc.Date] : [Title]
{If}{[numleafdocs],[dc.Coverage^spatial] ([numleafdocs]

both are using the GenericList classifier.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
