I have a Greenstone collection (version 2.80) of PDF files and would also
like to add links to some PDF files which are available on-line in other
Greenstone collections.

Could you please advice me how this can be done? Do I need to copy those
files into my collection first, add the metadata and then create a web link
to external file? Also, do I have to add HTML plugin and configure it? How
can I change the icon, what format changes I have to make, etc.? Can I do
all this in GLI?
