Hi Dave,

not exactly... So far, for me it just always was enough to have one
level of hierarchy and the sort the documents of each author by date (as
there are not so many documents for each other that it really would make
sense to add another level of hierarchy). This is simply done by adding

classify Hierarchy –hfile author.txt –metadata dc.author –sort dc.date

to the collect.cfg file. If that is not helping you at all, than maybe
somebody else knows the solution to your problem...
