I am building a super collection comprised of several subcollections. On the collection's home page, the macros _textsubcols1_ and _textsubcols2_ generate the text around the list of subcollections with the macro _1_ displaying the number of subcollections.

Is there a way to display the number of documents in each of the subcollections on this page? The _about:numdocs_ and _collection:numdocs_ macros display only the number of documents in the supercollection.

I am trying this with version 2.81.
