Again working on theory (and Windows experience) if that doesn't work,
then I'd suggest trying:

importdir c:progra~1Greens~1collectcolnameimport
or perhaps
importdir c:\progra~1\Greens~1\collectcolname\import

... instead (the forward slashes may not be acceptable to the parser,
likewise backslashes might need to be escaped with extra backslashes).

Note you had D:Progra~1 before, not C:Progra~1 - that might matter
too!
