In your collect.cfg files use something like this in your format
DocumentText.

{If}{[Subject],<tr><td align=3Dright valign=3Dtop
width=3D120><b>Subject:<b></td><td align=3Dleft valign=3Dbottom
width=3D120>[sibling(All'<br>'):dc.Subject]</td></tr>}

The [sibling(All'<br>'):dc.Subject] will display each instance of a
subject on it own line.

Subject: Bicycles
Bicycle parking

Good luck,
