I've seen this message in the past, usually when windows gets confused
about what java to use - generally if there has been several versions of
Java installed in the past (especially Java Multimedia Edition). The
easiest thing I can think of is to manually install JVM 1.4 or better,
and see if that fixes the problem.

you could find out what version of java your computer wants to use. Open
a dos windows (Start->Run and then type 'cmd' or 'command' depending on
how old your windows is), and then type 'java -version' and send me the
