I setup Greenstone & OAICAT on my local machine. I added a docs folder
to the oaicat directory, dropped in a couple of files and set them as
identifiers in the oaicat sample database. Then I was able to import
the metadata and documents into Greenstone.

Now I just need to get OAICAT to talk to my database....
