Hi again Tel,

In addition to the previous email I sent yesterday (depending on where
you're located), we have some additional questions:

1. What OS is your shared server running?
2. What version of Greenstone are you working with, 2.x or 3.x, and if
so, what is x?
2. You mention that your shared service host provides Tomcat 6.0. Is
that meant to be the web server serving Greenstone pages? If so,
Greenstone 3 may be the way to go, as it comes with and works with
Tomcat 6.x.
Greenstone 2 comes with its own Apache HTTPD web server that is
automatically set up, but if you want it to work with Tomcat, you may
have to do a lot more work.
4. Could you describe the difficulties you're having in installing the
software?

Thanks,
Anupama
