Hi Ruben

To recompile GLI, run makegli.sh/bat in the greenstone/gli directory.
Then create the jar file by running makejar.sh/bat.
Then follow the second 1-3 instructions on
http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/~mdewsnip/greenstone/west-yorkshire/remote-greenstone.html
about creating the signed applet (which you would have done before to
get the applet working in the first place).
