Just install imagemagick. This shoud work.

Test imagemagick by downloading the demonstration collections and
trying the 'image-e' collection in the documented example
collections.(download from the www.greenstone.org site)

For the 'ImagePlug and PagedImagePlug' plugins to work they must be
able to find imagemagick in the 'PATH"
my path is c:program filesimagemagick; check it has been added by going to
settings - system properties - advanced -> Environment Variables
You can set it manually if it does not work. (be careful - the path
variable is often quite long - you may not be able to see the whole
thing - and deleting any part of it may stop other applications from
working)
