Subject [greenstone-users] Upgrading, classifiers, and the GLI
I've just upgraded Greenstone (2.40a -> 2.41) on my MacOS X 10.3
laptop. Mostly I build collections from the command line, but I have
a test collection for playing with the GLI.

Opening the new 2.41 GLI, the Gather view comes up and no collections
are displayed in the Collection window, it's just grayed-out, and no
Preview button is available. Is there a way to tell the GLI that this
collection exists, or should I blow away the collection directory and
recreate it from scratch?

The realted question for production collections is: if there are old
collections built from the command line, how can we do maintenance on
them them using the GLI?
