You have to go to Preferences and tick the "Simple Form" option. Then if
you go back to the search page, there are 4 text-fields where query
terms can be entered. Next to each text-field there is a drop-down box
in which one can specify the indexed-field in which the search-term is
to be searched for.
I know that in Greenstone 2 the option to search in an indexed-field was
available for the regular "simple text" search, but this has presumably
been changed in Greenstone 3.

I tried this right now and you have found a bug. This still works in
Greenstone 2.80. I will submit a bug report for it.
