It was on. I unticked it, ticked it again, clicked on 'apply' then on 'OK', but I still can't view the extracted metadata in the 'enrich' panel... extracted metadata is still a set added to my collection. I also rebuilt my collection, no change.
I'll welcome any other suggestion!

Please check that you have the "View Extracted Metadata" option (File -> Preferences -> General) ticked on.
