Dear Lavji,
We have two manuals for ISIS to Greenstone
conversion. Created by Prof. John Rose and Sh. Rajan, and both these you
can find at

http://greenstonesupport.iimk.ac.in/documentation.htm
Once
you have ported the ISIS data/records to Greenstone, you can use the
Videos manual (ofâ–ˇ Sharad, referred earlier) and try to build them as a
Bibliography collection. I find you have around 2000 videos?, and this
method will lessen the Greenstone server burden too.
Best
wishes,
