Dear Ms. Chandra Patra,

The heirarchy structure (chapterization and sections) could be achieved
for html and MS word documents. For HTML documents, you need to do section
tagging. Please take a look at the tutorial at
http://greenstone.sourceforge.net/wiki/gsdoc/tutorial/en/section_tagging.htm

Alternatively, in GLI, you can try the following:

In HTMLplug <Configure Plugin> (or double click):

sectionalise_using_h_tag

Means <h1> <h2> etc used to form section, subsection headings ...

In WordPlug:

windows_scripting -- this means it uses MS Word to "save as" HTML
rather than wvWare (the open source package used by default). This
option is only available on Windows. On unix you have to use wvWare.

By default "heading 1" "heading 2" etc get mapped to <h1>, <h2> and
this is used to form section subsection as with HTMLPlug. You can also
add extra expressions through level1_header, level2_header to target
other MS Word styles (like ":chapter heading" rather than "heading 1").
